My Mom loves her flowers, bear, and balloon we sent to her in the hospital! I put "Feel free to sing We Wish You a Merry Christmas upon delivery" in the delivery instructions note (because my mom loves Christmas), and the delivery lady sang the whole song! Mistakes happen, they are disappointing, but what comes after is what is important. I received the old-fashioned kind of customer service that is so hard to find today.
