Teleflora XOXO Bouquet Joshua Penn 2012-02-16 08:59:49 I'm currently serving my country, stationed over in Afghanistan. I ordered the premium arrangement on-line for my wife for Valentines Day. She got the arrangement and loved it. However when I saw the pic she posted of it on Fb, the flower arrangement didn't look anything like the pic on the website. She didn't even get the XOXO vase. The vase was one of the key selling points for me. So....while I was Skyping her the following day...I had her call Avas and the customer service rep took her info, looked up my order, and told her "I will find you a vase and send her another one." Now I'm not sure if that meant another whole new arrangement or just a new vase. I guess we will just have to wait and see. On a good note, she did like the arrangement that she received initially. So since she liked the arrangement she received and customer service said they would send her "a new one"...I'll give it a 5 star rating (unless she doesn't at least receive the XOXO vase, then I'll drop it down to a 3).
